Cooling System
3 BLADE FAN
- Exhaust fan is another key component of the EC house.
- The fans are connected to the temperature sensors which are placed inside the shed
- With respect to the core purpose of the EC house, when the temperature within the shed rises above the desired level, the exhaust fans are automatically activated which removes the hot air out of the shed
- This in turn, pulls the cool air from the cooling pad within the shed
- Number of exhaust fans required depend upon the dimensions of the shed

VENTILATION FAN

AIR INLETS
- Air inlets are easy to operate and maintenance free devices used for climate control of the poultry farm
- It is specifically of used during minimum ventilation and winters
- Air inlets ensures uniform air temperature and quality throughout the shed

COOLING PAD
- Cooling pad is one of the core components of the EC house. It does the essential function of high efficiency cooling
- Cooling pad is composed of corrugated sheets. It works on Evaporative Cooling Principle
- Water is pumped onto the cooling pad trough the gutter system. When the exhaust fans on the other end of the shed push the air outside the shed, it pulls the outer air through cooling pad
- The water in the cooling pad evaporates using the heat from the incoming air resulting in the cooling of the air
- Number of cooling pads required depend upon the dimensions of the shed

CURTAINS
- Curtains are used to define the boundary of the EC house
- It works as a separator between the external environment and the environment within the shed
- The curtains are provided with winching system. In case of some emergency situations like sudden power failure, the curtains can be pulled with the help of winching system and the EC house can be converted into normal house.
- The curtains are available in various thicknesses depending upon the need.

SPRINKLER
- Sprinklers are fitted at the roof of the shed
- It is connected to the sensors fitted in the shed and it sprays the water in the form of small droplets to maintain the humidity and the temperature of the shed within the desired range
FOGGER
- Fogger is made up of brass
- It dissipates very fine mist which gives good cooling effect to the birds without making the ground moist.
